The following usage instructions are included only for those with a need to connect to a specific server. Important note: Users of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) do not need to perform the configuration steps outlined below. Enter the appropriate credentials (Apple ID). (Note: If the App Store is not on your dock, you can access it in the Finder under Applications or by using the spotlight search tool.) It is especially useful for allowing people who use a Mac for their daily work to access Windows-only services such as Banner INB and Hyperion reporting.
